This is the only food I had today. I ate nachos with just chips, cheese dip black beans, and tomatoes. Also had the mild (bright red) salsa. Ordered about 4:40 PM. Around 9PM I felt nauseous and around 10PM started very intense diarrhea and vomiting. It is…
