Saturday, Jan 20 12:40 am, I ordered chicken nuggets with fries and a drink. Also sweet and sour sauce. About 4 hours later the diarrhea started. An hour or so after that the vomiting. Then both for nearly 4 hours. The next day I still could not…

I ate two single cheeseburgers around noon and started getting sick at 3:30, shortly after that I had to be carried to the er due to me passing out.
