Busy work day. Didn't have a chance to eat breakfast or lunch. Stopped by McDonalds and ordered some food. Felt ill within 30 min of eating. Extreme diarrhea, abdominal cramping, loss of appetite, and fever have left me housebound since Monday. I will never eat out again.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre
