Ate and now I’m having bad back pain in the lower back, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, Ate more and while eating a burger the symptoms got worse.

I got very sick from eating a McChicken and half of a McDouble, with a medium fry, in means of vomiting, nausea, and a mild fever.
