I think Chicken Ate at noon. First food of the day. About 3 or so hours later, on toilet for next 8 hours off and on. Threw up twice, chills, headache and slight fever. Still nauseous this morning. My friend who had same Entree is also sick. Going to Urgent Care when open.

My sister and I only ate one meal on 6/16/18. The bisque is all we shared.

I went to Stoney River on 4/23 around 5:30pm. By 7:00 after returning home I was extremely nauseous and shortly after began vomiting. I continued to vomit until about 3:00am. It was the worst nausea I had ever experienced.
