- comments: no procedure for vomiting and diarrheal events. Instructd to provide and pprovide cleaning supplies kit. Priority foundation 7-38-005 no citation issued.

- comments: detail clean the mop sink and maintain.

- comments: all display shelvings throughout the store with dust build-up. Instructed to detail clean,sanitize and maintain. Inside of the cabinet with coffee machine with soiled wall paper used as a shelve liner and dust accumulated inside. Must remove the soiled wall paper, clean, sanitize and maintain.

- comments: no chemical test kit for chlorine sanitizer for the 3 compartment sink. Must provide. Priority foundation,7-38-005 no citation issued.

- comments: caulk worn out with dark black color along the splashguard of the 3 compartment and 2 compartment sink. Must re caulk and maintain.

- comments: heavy leak on the 2 compartment sink faucet arm connector and on the 3 compartment sink faucet arm connector. Must repair to stop the leak.

- comments: outside dumpster lid open with overflowing garbage and surrounsing areas not maintained (with debris). Instructed to detail clean the surrounding areas and closed the lid of the dumpster. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b) no citation issued.

- comments: instructed to detail clean the walls by the 3 compartment sink and the floor throughout the rear storage areas,along the wall base ,all corner and by the atm machine and maintain.
