After we left carls jr. I started getting this growling noise in my stomach along with pains I can't explain . I went to use the bathroom which turned into diareah and nausea along with that. That was the only thing I've eaten all day so it had to of been from there. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Fièvre, Vomissements
