5/13/18 The manager told me the cook had burned the first pizza so another was being made. I was the only person in my family who ate it. Soon after I didn’t feel well. 8 hours later I started throwing up, diarrhea came next, now I have both. I’ve been sick for 4 days now and missed school. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
