Date Closed: 10/30/2019A Wilmington Chinese restaurant was temporarily closed by the health department after an official reported watching a roach crawl directly into a to-go container.
The Division of Public Health ordered to close on Oct. 30 due to an "imminent health hazard" and "gross unsanitary conditions," according to the inspection report.
