I didn't eat much yesterday since I was very busy and have been on paleo for the past 3 weeks. I figured I would go and splurge for once and get me a bowl with just chicken, onions, salsa, guac, and lettuce. I wake up the next day ( on my vacation I might add) and cannot leave the house due to explosive diarrhea and just puked for the first time in decades. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
