I had the Salad with Carnitas around 4 pm . My wife had a salad with chicken and didn't get sick. So I know it was the Carnitas. By 5 pm I started to not feel right. Within 2 hours I was vomiting. I felt awful for the rest of the night. I woke up at 2am vomiting stomach bile. Within 24 hours I had a fever, nausea, headache, dizziness. loss of appetite and diarrhea.
