I ate the cheesesteak sandwich for lunch , which was the only thing that I had eaten that day. I felt symptoms within 4-5 hours of eating. I proceeded to have diarrea and gut wrenching vomit for 48-60 hours and acute symptoms for an additional 24-48 hours. I did not eat a solid meal for a solid 6 days. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
