bear naked granola This happened twice. first time i was hungry and i decided to try this bear nake granola, i also had about 10 vinegar chips, a bag of beef jerky and two bananas. about an hour later i was feeling fine and took my pretrain supplement drink and began my workout. 2 sets in and i started to feel really sick and wanted to throw up. I decided to quit the workout and once i threw up it got worse and worse. stomach pain, diarrhea, and continous throwing up. this lasted for several hours and i thought at one point i was going to die. i was throwing up out of both holes if you know what i mean. really really bad. It was definitely food poisoning. because afterwards i was able to drink water and woke up fine. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements, Douleur d'estomac
