A friend ordered and brought two pizzas from Costco to a small gathering (several people). Two people became violently ill after eating the vegetarian pizza (with cheese, vegetables, and mushrooms); it was the only thing that we had both eaten. My friend experienced diarrhea, while I experienced vomiting, and I ended up getting IV fluids at the local urgent care facility. | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements
