My son and I each ate 4 tacos the other day. Have been both sick with an upset, gurgling stomach and diarrhea. Wondering if the lettuce was contaminated. Worried now due to all the recalls on lettuce right now! My son and I both started getting an upset stomach and diarrhea yesterday. We had the tacos the night before at dinner time.
