Pepperoni pizza, two slices. Threw up in my sleep about 2 hours later, been awake since 5 am throwing up every 20 minutes until nothing was left in stomach. I couldn't hold water down but at least it gave me something to vomit, instead of painful dry heaves. My stomach was cramping the entire duration. I had constant diarrhea. I was dehydrated, had an increased resting heart rate, tried sipping on water and gatorade for the electrolytes, threw that up as well. Finally managed to get some sleep a few hours ago which helped my sensitive nausea ease up. I have now eaten without feeling like it'll be rejected. 18 hours later, I still have severe fatigue in my entire body especially my lower back (assuming this is my kidneys). I have been able to hydrate myself. Still recovering though. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements, Crampes
