Dinner at restaurant on 10/4/16. Consumed leftovers at home the next day. Woke up violently ill the next morning. Unstoppable vomiting and diarrhea. Lost 9lbs of weight between midnight and 7am. Went to emergency clinic when it opened to receive intrevenious fluids and anti-nausea medication. Nausea continued and was not able to return to solid foods for 1 week.
