We ate at the restaurant at the hotel around 7:30pm, and I ordered the burrata and watermelon salad. When it arrived, the burrata did not look fresh - it looked like it had been sitting out a while because it was melty and already popped from it's mozarella casing. I ate it anyway because I was hungry and did not want to reorder, and the waitress was very friendly. But before I went to bed at around 11pm, I started feeling really nauseous and wanted to throw up. I just tried to sleep in hopes the queasiness would go away, but I woke up at 2am and did not even make it out of the bed before I vomited on the floor.
