Wednesday October 25, 2017. With a group I ordered a couple tacos including the El Pastor. One other person also ordered the El Pastor and she also got sick. By 2am in the night I awoke to intense abdominal pain followed by full exit diarrhoea. Fever and aches along with nausea lasted about 24 hours. By the next day it was as if nothing happened. Co-worker had similar experience. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre
