i ate a burger and a few fries and began to feel stomach cramps within about 30 minutes. I was traveling back to Dallas area and by the time I arrived home approximately 4 hours I had explosive diarrhea and projectile vomiting and fever. 48 hours later I still can not keep anything down, no more vomiting, but diarrhea persists. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements
