My uncle ate 5 tacos at Jack In The Box and got violently ill. He had been vomiting and had diarrhea all day. When I came home from work I had to call the ambulance to take him to the hospital. He stayed from 4 am Friday morning to about 2 pm Saturday afternoon. No more Jack In The Box for us! Thank's for the trip to the hospital Jack! | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
