Rapport sur la sécurité alimentaire - Jack in the Box,

We went to Jack in box, Mountain Hwy in Spanaway, WA. on Wednesday, 12/23/2015, I order 1 small meal with coke, my daughter in law asked for a cup of water. The water was yellow and cloudy, she took a sip and spit it out she said it was nasty and she gagged and was sick to stomach, I had a flat soda with very light coloring, we were given as nither water ax nd drink, I got my me a l and left the drive thru, went to Walmart , I opened the burger, the bun was burnt and hard, the fries was cold, but since I bought it I ate it. Wrong thing to do, there was sign that I should have taken it back . This was around 2:00pm, around 11pm, stomach started cramping bad, diarrhea was horrible, vomiting uncontrollably. Today, its better but still cramping and nauseous. I called Jack In Box, the person I talked to just cut me off while I am explaining to her what us going on. She asked what do I want her to do. I said I dont want any thing from you, you not even hearing what I am saying. She say, I will tell manager, I said let me speak with the manager and I was told she is off today and tomorrow. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements, Crampes
