Got the vegetarian sandwich to take to work with me, about two hours after eating it had to call a supervisor to finish my shift due to vomiting on and off and a sudden fever. It was all I had eaten that night, so fairly confident it was the sandwich. | Symptômes: Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements
