I went on vacation with my friends to celebrate their birthdays on 11/9/17, to Punta Cana, DR. Upon our arrival to the hotel we were greeted with drinks in the lobby and shortly after putting our bags in our room we went to dinner at the Hibachi Restaurant at the hotel. Immediately after eating dinner I got extremely sick. I was sweating, nauseated, vomiting, and I had diarrhea. I felt like I was going to die. My friends called the front desk and reported my conditions to the hotel staff, but all they insisted was that I go to the infirmary which would cost me anywhere from $300 to $600 American Dollars. I was provided with Pepto-Bismol and given bottled ginger ale and water from my friends. That did help some, but I still wasn’t at a hundred percent. I was scared to drink and eat anything from the hotel the rest of my stay. Now, that I think about it, it’s only by the Grace of God that I’m still alive. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements, Transpiration
