I came into this McDonalds around 2:00PM on April 10, 2017. I ordered a large fry and a large sweet tea. I also had some ketchup with my fries. I started feeling sick around 4:00PM. I started pooping diarrhea 4-5 times in a timespan of 30 minutes. Then I started to vomit and felt really light headed.
