I came into this McDonalds around 2:00PM on April 10, 2017. I ordered a large fry and a large sweet tea. I also had some ketchup with my fries. I started feeling sick around 4:00PM. I started pooping diarrhea 4-5 times in a timespan of 30 minutes. Then I started to vomit and felt really light headed. I ate nothing all day and this was the only I meal I had so it must be something I ate from them. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements

I had a meal from a location very nearby and in the same time span (Double cheeseburger and nuggets) Got sick around 7pm & started vomiting blood, had severe cold sweats. No fun to deal with
