Both of my children ate chicken nugget happy meals from McDonald’s last evening and both have been up all night vomiting. It’s all the happy mea coming up, not much bile like it does when it’s a stomach virus, 2 children. They ate the happy meals at 6:00 pm yesterday, went to bed at 9. My son woke up vomitting at 3 am. My daughter just woke up at 6 vomitting. Both have nausea diarrhea and fevers | Symptômes: Vomissements, Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Bile
