The only thing I ate yesterday came from this McDonald's. I only ate McChickens and McDoubles and had their tropic berry Sprite for the first time. This is the first McDonald's that's given me diarrhea for 2 days in a row. I feel so sick and can't go anywhere because of it. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements
