Chicken nuggets had a different taste than usual. Next morning there was some ant or worm like animals all over the left over chicken nuggets. My nephew thats only 1 year 5 months ate and is very sick with diarrhea and my nephew thats 7 years old is vomiting and i have very bad stomach ache and nausea. Called McDonald's and spoke to a manager about this issue. Im very concerned about this. I've been a McDonald's customer in king city ca over 25 years.
