After working a full 8 hour day with no lunch break around 515 the thought of a mcchicken sounded heavenly. I live 5 minutes away from this McDonald’s, I waited till I got home, opened my sandwich put their salsa and ranch on it and about a little over an hour and I felt like total crap, my head was hot I I had that gut feeling and about ten minutes later came the vomit | Symptômes: Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements
