Both of my children have been vomiting and have had diarrhea since about 2 hours after eating happy meals. No one else in the house ate from there., Two children were sick - vomiting, diarrhea, and nausea. Onset of symptoms began about two hours after consumption. Both children had exactly the same meal - chicken Nugget happy meals. | Symptômes: Vomissements, Nausée, Diarrhée
