On August 26th 2017 around 8:30pm i and my family stopped at McDonald's i ordered food for my children my 1 year old got the 4 piece chicken nuggets agree he ate them later that night he stated getting a fever i didn't think anything of it around 4 or 5 am he kept crying screaming by that time he was extremely hot so as i was getting ready to take him to the hospital my baby started having a seizure he was rushed to the hospital where they released him heading home he started having another one "SEIZURE" we drove him to the nearest hospital where he was admitted my baby was temporary paralyzed he was transported to a children's hospital where he had a series of tests done which they found CAMPYLOBACTER in his stool which comes from chicken that was contaminated the chicken has bacteria at this McDonald's just want to warn other's to be careful. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements
