Had lunch. It's now going straight through me. I ate a salad with steak. The lettuce didn't look so fresh and the steak was the last in the pot. However, I live in a 3rd world country, so I'm used to eating food that's past its 'best before' date. Think there's something wrong with the general cleanliness of this place. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée
