Had a Nando’s delivery on Sunday lunchtime as a supposed treat. I had 1/2 chicken and rice. By the evening I was feeling sore in the tummy. Could barely sleep as my stomach was just swirling. All day yesterday in 30degree heat I was on and off the toilet and trying to look after two children, one a baby. Nightmare. I called Nando’s in Twickenham and the guy told me how they cook their rice... it arrives pre cooked then the restaurant heats it to a certain temperature and keeps it that way all day. Seriously?? Is that even legal?! NEVER EATING AT NANDOS AGAIN. | Symptômes: Diarrhée
