Five of us ate at Old Country Buffet at about 1:30 pm on June 5, 2016 Sunday PM. Three of us good food poisoning. My two sisters have sever vomiting and diarrhea on their flight home to Chicago, I had some diarrhea all night long. I think it was the Tilapia because my wife was free of vomitting, she did not eat the Tilapia. What will you do to prevent recurrence? we will never eat their again. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
