I ate a dinner salad before my meal and felt very ill (bloated and beyond merely uncomfortable) afterwards. The next day for lunch I finished the remaining salad I took with me from dinner, having thought the butter from my entree the night before was what had made me ill. Today, a full day after eating the salad for lunch I still feel sick in my intestines, which began to subside after dinner, but came back with a vengeance after lunch yesterday (where I ate only that leftover,refrigerated salad).
