Ate at Olive garden at 95th Avenue in Glendale, AZ, had the tour of Italy the chicken Alfredo had no chicken and food was cold, almost immediately after leaving I had a really bad stomach ache, stayed up l night with diarrhea that burned coming out, I collapsed on the toilet and woke up at the hospital, hit my head on the bath tub, diagnosed with minor concusion and food poisoning, never going back to olive garden, I wish I didn't give such a hefty tip I just have a habit of it | Symptômes: Diarrhée
