My boyfriend and I got papa murpheys on Christmas eve. By 0330 on Christmas morning I was feeling sick. I started vomiting at 0430, watery diarhea at about 5:30. I was unable to keep anything down, even water, until I took Promethazine at 1215. I last vommited on 12/25 at 1pm. Diarhea continued until 12/26. Diarrhea was black and watery. Upon further examination, there appeared to be coagulated blood like black tar, but it was primarily black water. Still some diarhea at 4pm on 12/26. Reported to health dept. Boyfriend also had severe diarrhea starting at about 9am on 12/25 and lasting until 12/26. No comitting. Nausea started for him on 12/26. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements
