On the 29th of December 2018 I ordered a large supreme and a medium pepperoni from Pizza hut .I ate two slices of the supreme and one slice of pepperoni , by the time I woke up in the morning I had multiple symptoms of sickness. At first I thought I had the flu, so I missed 4 days of work trying to heal my self to no avail. The pain and flu like symptoms only got worse to the point I could no longer take it. January 3 2019 i eventually had to go to the hospital. Where I found out that the symptoms I was experiencing was not the flu but ecoli I was admitted to the hospital and spent the next 4 days there receiving care and treatment. I almost died from eating pizza and I'm still feeling side effects and I'm still on antibiotics to this day | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements
