This happened a year ago May 28 2025, but I just found out about this website and wanted to share because this illness was something I’ll never forget. Me and my friend ate the same things all day until I went to playa bowl and got just me a acai bowl. (She was fine, so Ik this had to of come from this establishment) Next day, woke up puking everywhere, cold sweats, diarrhea, cramping so bad I couldn’t even sit up out of the fetal position, all the symptoms. I continued to throw up for the next 24 hours, could not even keep water or Gatorade down I’d throw it up not even 2 mins after I drank something. Had to sit on the toilet with a bin in front of me for HOURS, puked and shitted my guts out for hours, I know it’s gross but that was the reality of the situation. If I wasn’t on the toilet I was laying on the floor feeling like death couldn’t even keep my eyes open, shit my pants on the floor that’s how bad it was. All day, didn’t even watch tv or go on my phone or nothing, just laying in the fetal position throwing up out both ends. Next day I felt a little better, and two days later was completely fine. I’ve had Covid 3 times and would rather live through that again than experience the pain playa bowl put me through. NEVER WILL EAT THERE AGAIN. Idk WHAT yall put in that shit but it almost killed me. After that experience I can never eat a açaí bowl from anywhere again, which is a shame bc I loved them :( | Symptômes: Nausée, Diarrhée, Vomissements, Douleur d'estomac, Fièvre, Crampes, Frissons, Maux
