Ate salad bar, most items, with ranch dressing. My partner also ate salad bar but did not eat cheese or ranch dressing (and did not get sick). Nausea symptoms and fever started 6 hrs later, vomiting and diarrhea 9 hours later. Fever (99.5) persisted for about 18 hrs. Lower GI symptoms continued 24 hrs. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Fièvre, Vomissements
