Ordered a 6 inch Spivey Italian at apex 7:40pm on 10/23/2019. Several hours later I woke to severe vomiting, fever, shakes, dry heaves for hours until the sandwich was out of my stomach. After, more fever then chills, more dry heaving nothing but spit followed by diarrhea which continued until early am. Weakness, shakes and can barely hold my arm up. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements, Autre, La faiblesse, Frissons
