I had 1 chicken chalupa Supreme and Fiesta potatoes, as well as mountain Dew around late lunch time. Starting at 3am, I had severe diarrhea and vomiting at the same time. I couldn't hold down water. 9 hours later, I still have diarrhea every half hour and no appetite. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Vomissements, Perte d'appétit
