Ate the hot pastrami sandwich. Followed shortly afterward by nausea, then repeated instances of simultaneous diarrhea and vomiting. Diarrhea continues beyond 72 hours and counting. Awful. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Vomissements, Nausée
