Rapport sur la sécurité alimentaire : Walmart.

Bought some fruit in a jar Sunday night. Took the jar to work for lunch. At the fruit in the jar around 12pm. I start to feel sick around 5pm. By the time got home I had diarrhea,hot and cold temperatures, vomiting and nausea. I went to work the next day but got sent home because I was to sick. I looked at the jar of fruit that I ate and noticed it was expired a month ago. I went to Walmart on Wednesday to tell them the situation and I checked the shelf to see if they where still expired fruit in a jar on the shelf and it was 6 left. They made me feel out an accident report but I didn't sign it. I got names of the assistant manager and the copy of the accident report. I did keep the jars that are expired with receipt. What should I do next? It is Wednesday and I still have pain in my stomach, and it is hard for me to eat anything. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Fièvre, Vomissements
