Spicy chicken nuggets Friday afternoon. It is now 4 days in with severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, etc...It was the only thing I ate all day Friday and when I called the store they interrogated me on if I was sure I was sick and how did I know it was their store. | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
