1:30pm April 16, 2016. Ordered chicken apple pecan salad. Salad was tasty. Chicken was hot, fruits and veggies fresh-tasting and cold. By 4:00pm I was having severe lower abdominal pain, and by 5:30 I was having diarrhea. I had no other food between 1:30 and 4:00pm, and I had no food for four hours prior to 1:30pm. I believe the salad had bacterial contamination, likely due to unhygienic preparation. | Symptômes: Diarrhée
