Columbus Public Health has closed down a restaurant located at the Polaris Fashion Place food court after finding several violations in an inspection Wednesday. The observations the health department reported included water backing up through floor drains, improper storage of food in the cooler and freezer and the presence of cockroaches and flies around the facility.

To conclude the report’s findings, the health department says the "cockroach infestation was significant enough to warrant closure."
