I went through drive through Thursday evening February 13, 2020. I ordered a grilled chicken Cobb salad with light ranch dressing and fried mushrooms. I ate the mushrooms on my way home. Not sure of time. After 7:45 pm. About 1:45 in the morning I woke up to severe diarrhea, cramps, nausea, sweating, headache. This continued all day Friday. I was in bed with all the above symptoms until Saturday afternoon. I was week through out the day on Saturday | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements, Crampes, Maux, La faiblesse, Transpiration
