While vacationing with my son in February at the Club Med j felt terribly sick I have to go to the doctor of the resort the day after I had fever and a strong nausea. Lasted two days. The doctor of the hotel gave me a bunch of medications and IV.  | Symptômes: Nausée, Fièvre

On Day 2 of our vacation I got upper and lower GI issues unable to function for a while Day. As a result I was extremely dehydrated. Still not fully recovered and plan to see a physician as I am back in the USA  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements

It happened to me at two resorts 1 at Bahia Pricipe Bavaro 2010 and 2 at this, That's it both are same symtoms started dealing nauseous and the severe vomiting and diarrhea and fever started about 4 to 5 hours later  | Symptômes: Vomissements, Nausée, Fièvre, Diarrhée

I was at this brand new hotel for 24 hours, got violently ill - thought I was going to die. I spent my whole trip in the room. I guess I should be thankful I’m alive, terrible.
