strawberry banana smoothie. upon arrival at work I had finished drinking said smoothie. approximately 15 minutes into my shift I started to feel nauseous and have been throwing up for 4 hours now. Due to this I have to be relieved from work.  | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements

Stopped for lunch buffet. Both of us had a salad and few slices of pizza. Both of us became very ill a few hours later, into the night and still this morning. Both called out of work. Was only food we ate yesterday  | Symptômes: Nausée, Fièvre, Vomissements
